Built by someone who spent years fixing this problem from the inside.

I'm Jeff Stevens. I built reporting and data analysis systems inside mid-to-large organizations, including over a decade at a Fortune 500 medical device company. I built systems that made reporting invisible. Now I build them for small businesses.

Jeff Stevens, founder of Stevens Data Automation

For years working inside mid-to-large companies, I saw the same pattern again and again: critical reporting built on manual processes, fragile spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge that lived in one person's head. I spent my career learning how to fix that by building cleaner data flows, smarter automation, and systems people could actually trust.

The truth is, fixing this doesn't require a dedicated IT team or expensive software. It requires knowing which tools to use and how to connect them. Most small businesses already have everything they need inside their Microsoft 365 subscription.

In late 2022, I left corporate life to build something of my own, a boutique consulting practice focused entirely on helping small businesses get the same kind of reporting infrastructure their larger competitors take for granted, at a fraction of the cost and complexity.

When I'm not building reporting systems, you'll find me at a HIIT class, chasing a pickleball around the court, or planning our next family trip.
